Otherwise, they must refrain from using / visiting our Website.

Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

All contents of our website, including, indicatively but without limitation, texts, news, graphics, photographs, diagrams, illustrations, and any kind of files in general, are intellectual property, governed by national and international provisions on Intellectual Property Law, except of the explicitly acknowledged rights of third persons. Applicable law and other conditions

This Agreement is governed by the provisions of Greek Law, the Rules and Directives of European law and the relevant International provisions, interpreted in accordance with the rules of good faith, business ethics and the economic and social purpose of rights.
